1. Data We Collect & How We Use It
1.1 Data You Provide
Facial Data (Images/Videos)
Purpose: To generate AI-driven content (e.g., lip-sync videos, face swaps, dance animations).
Processing: AI algorithms process data on cloud servers. Original data is deleted after 30 days.
Uploaded Photos/Videos
Purpose: For style transfer, image-to-video, and virtual clothing try-on.
Audio/Recordings
Purpose: To sync voice with AI avatars.
1.2 What Face Data We Process
We temporarily process only what's necessary for features:  
	 Uploaded Images/Videos: User-provided content containing faces.  
	Facial Landmarks: Mathematical coordinates (eye/nose/mouth positions) for AI animation.  
	No Storage: Original media and facial data are immediately deleted after processing (no server retention).  
1.3 How We Use Facial Data
	Single-Use Processing: Data is used only for:  
	Real-time AI generation (lip-sync, face swaps, animations).  
	Never for training, analytics, or secondary purposes.  
1.4 Third-Party Sharing
	No Sharing: We do not send facial data to any third parties (including AI vendors).  
	Fully Self-Contained: All processing occurs on our proprietary systems.
1.5 Data Storage & Retention
	 Zero Retention Policy:  
	Original uploads: Deleted immediately after generation (typically <1 minute).  
	Processed outputs: Stored only on user devices unless explicitly saved to cloud albums.  
	No Backups: Facial data is never included in system backups.  
VisageX processes facial data in real-time to deliver AI features. Your original photos/videos are automatically and permanently deleted after processing – we keep nothing.
2.Automatically Collected Data
Device Info (IP, OS, Device ID)
Purpose: Analytics, fraud prevention.
Usage Data (Feature interactions, crashes)
Purpose: Improve app performance.
3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR Compliance)
Consent: Users must explicitly agree before facial data processing.
Contractual Necessity: Data required to deliver core features (e.g., face swaps).
Legitimate Interest: Analytics for service improvement (users can opt out).
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We may share data with:
AI Model Providers 
Cloud Services (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS) – Data may be stored in [USA/EU/Other].
Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) – Only transaction data is shared.
Cross-Border Transfers:
If data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or Adequacy Decisions.
5. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA Compliance)
You can:
Access your data (request a copy).
Correct inaccurate information.
Delete your data (including facial biometrics).
Withdraw consent (opt out of processing).
Port your data (request in a machine-readable format).
Object to automated decision-making (if applicable).

6. Data Security & Retention
Encryption: Data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).
Retention:
Facial data:We do not share Face Data with third parties, including advertisers or analytics providers. Since Face Data is never stored, unauthorized access or transfer is inherently prevented.
7. Children’s Privacy
Under 16/13 (varies by region): We do not knowingly process facial data from children without parental consent.
Parental Control: Contact us to remove a child’s data.
8. Updates & Contact
We notify users of policy changes via email or in-app alerts.
